Want to be surprised? If you're feeling flexible about the art piece, set a budget and leave the rest up to me. Submit your OC info or it can even just be verbal concept, and I'll whip something up and surprise you with a finished piece.

Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal / Ko-fiUnder $50: full payment upfront
Over $50: 50% upfront, 50% before color.
No refunds once work has begun, unless I am unable to deliver the work within the agreed upon timeframe.
Process & Revisions
Kick Off: We'll talk through your idea and figure out the details together. Make sure to bring references!
Payment: You send the initial payment via Ko-fi or PayPal and we're officially good to go.
Sketching: I'll make a few sketches/thumbnails to explore some poses and concepts.
Draft Review: Pick your favorite and let me know if you'd like any changes. This is the time to tweak things.
Lineart: The sketch will be cleaned up into a final lineart and I'll send it to you for one final review.
Second Payment: Upon lineart approval, the remaining 50% is due (for orders over $50) before I move onto coloring. Changes beyond this point may incur additional costs.
Coloring + Rendering: Using provided references, I color and render the piece.
Final Check-in: Depending on the complexity, I may check in before final delivery to make sure everything is looking good to you. You can also request check-ins at any point!
Delivery: You'll receive your final artwork with the opportunity to make small changes. Once you're happy with it, I'll send you the final piece in whatever format you'd like :) (e.g. with and without background, png vs jpg, etc.)
Usage Rights
You may use the piece for personal and non-monetized commercial use, including icons, headers, personal prints, YouTube channel art, and Twitch overlays or panels. You may not sell the artwork itself, use it in paid merchandise, redistribute it, or claim it as your own work. I retain full copyright and will post to my portfolio and socials unless you ask otherwise at time of order.NO AI TRAINING
